Missing Order Updates!?

"Where is my order?"

If you are one of those who are asking this question or still have not yet received notification of your order, here is a little insight. 

IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE A TRACKED OPTION at the checkout, you will NOT receive a tracking number. Items with no tracking are subject to Canada Post system, and are left in the hands of their delivery people. Only sometimes do we get these items back.

We tend not to do pre-orders for our merch to avoid long waiting times. Only during prototype stages and experimental products do we take pre-orders. Being our first time playing with the idea of pants, it was also the first time our company has communicated with this supplier. Beginning stages will inevitably spark delays. Unprecedented in timing, but they do occur for whatever reason.

Please be assured your items are on there way.

KEYTAGS GONE MISSING!?

Keytags are usually sent in a stamped envelope package. If they are not paid using light packet on checkout, they may not be released at the customs office in the respect country. ALL small objects are now to be shipped using Small Packet AIR to avoid future loss.
